  • The value of time While navigating the course of life, there is no resource more valuable than time. Every passing second is irretrievable and it is imperative that it is made the best use of. There could be many regretful remembrances of the past, but dwelling on the past is ineffectual and unproductive and it is much wiser to concentrate on the present and be attentive to the future that lies ahead. The experiences of the past shall better serve as guidances to present actions than sources of regret and bitterness

  • Harnessing time in the best way Spending all the available time for materialistic goals or mundane pleasures is improvident and leads to one's eventual demise. Hallucinating or longing for non-existent and impractical things is of course, an inexcusable waste of time. The best use of time is to focus on the Creator as everything else there is, is transient and diversionary.

  • Do not oversleep It is normal for humans to spend a reasonable part of their lifetime in sleep as it refreshes and rejuvenates the body's nervous system and muscles after a period of activity. But sleep should be short and sound and not be a prolonged bout of inactivity. One of the first steps to achieving immortality is controlling and conquering sleep which is a sort of interim lifelessness

  • Control of emotions The human mind is continuously and relentlessly swayed by various emotions based on momentary sensations, interactions and observations in the course of life and many of these emotions can be regressive and cause the mind to waver, vacillate and sometimes think in a retrograde manner that can be self-defeating and even lead to ruin. Debilitating emotions like egotism, anger, hatred, envy and regretfulness will not endure on one who is focused on the Creator and dwells in his permanence without being swerved by earthly occurrences.

  • Focusing on the Creator It is imperative to realize that every moment of being alive is a gift from the Creator and hence every time and thought had better be spent in obeisance to his supreme presence. Sustained focus and perseverance are inevitable tools in the pursuit of unraveling the truth that lies beyond the measureless parameters of time and space
